Our founder, Satish Pancholi, qualified as an optometrist over 20 years ago. Two years into practice he discovered domiciliary care - visiting people who couldn't get to a high street optician - and was struck by the visible difference it made to their lives.
He founded Opticall in 2009. What began as a small, family-run business has grown into a trusted partner to hundreds of care homes and thousands of families across Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties - but the reason we do it hasn't changed.
