We're values driven

Skills can be learned. Values run deeper.

Our values shape how we care for patients and how we work with each other. So, whatever the role, we look for people who share them. If these resonate with you, we'd love to hear from you.

Integrity

We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Collaboration

Patients, families, care homes and colleagues: we work as one.

Excellence

We take pride in getting the details right, every time.

Innovation

We stay curious and keep looking for better ways to work.

Kindness

We treat everyone with warmth, patience and respect.

The mission you'd be part of

To deliver the gift of optimum vision and hearing, so people can enjoy life.

Why Opticall

Meaningful work, and a kind place to do it.

Whether you're seeing patients or keeping clinics running, here's what makes Opticall a good place to work.

Work you can see the difference in

New glasses or clear ears can ease confusion, prevent a fall or bring back a favourite hobby. Every role here, clinical or not, helps make that happen.

Person-centred, inside and out

Putting people first is how we care for patients, and how we treat each other too. We listen, adapt to the individual and make sure everyone feels valued.

One joined-up team

Clinicians, office and operations work closely together, from planning clinics around each care home's routine to getting glasses to the right people.

Innovation welcomed

We encourage fresh thinking and trying new things to improve outcomes for everyone. Good ideas are welcome from anyone, whatever their role.

Flexible ways to work

Our colleagues work on employed and locum arrangements, and some combine Opticall with other roles. Tell us what works for you.

Modern, paperless tools

Our own Digital Eye Care Portal and practice management system keep consent, results and follow-ups in one secure place, for clinicians and office alike.
