Expert hearing care, in the comfort of your home.
Our unique, two-person method pairs the procedure of earwax removal with dedicated reassurance.

Our unique two-person method for earwax removal has one goal: Your comfort.
Most mobile earwax removal services provide one expert for the procedure. We provide two - because for many of our patients, the reassurance matters just as much as the procedure.
One holds your hand
One practitioner, (both fully qualified and highly experienced!) is there entirely for you - sitting beside you, keeping you calm and moving at your pace. For anyone living with dementia or anxiety, that changes everything.
One performs the procedure
The second, (both fully qualified and highly experienced!) carries out gentle micro-suction with complete clinical focus - the same gold-standard method used in clinics, brought to your armchair or bed.
Everything your ears need, at home.
Earwax check
An intial simple check of how well you hear, with clear results explained to you and, if you wish, your family.

Hearing care, answered.
Why do two practitioners come for wax removal?
One practitioner is there entirely for your comfort - sitting with you, keeping you calm - while the other performs the micro-suction with full clinical focus. It makes the visit calmer and safer, and it's especially valued by patients living with dementia or anxiety.
Can I have a hearing check at the same time as my eye test?
Yes - many people do. Sensory care works best together, so we're happy to combine a hearing screening or ear care with your home eye test in a single visit.
Is ear wax removal safe at home?
Very. It's carried out by experienced practitioners using gentle micro-suction - the same method used in clinics - through a CQC-registered service, with a follow-up hearing check included.
What does it cost?
Hearing screening is free. Ear wax removal is £129 per visit and covers both practitioners, both ears and a follow-up check - with no extra charge for evenings or weekends. A full audiology assessment is £109, refunded if you buy hearing aids through us.
Arrange a home visit today.
On its own, or alongside your home eye test. Our friendly team will find a time that suits you - evenings and weekends included.
