I qualified as an optometrist over 20 years ago. Two years into practice, I discovered domiciliary care and felt driven by its visible impact. Recognising this opportunity to transform lives, I founded Opticall in 2009. What began as a small family-run business has grown into a trusted partner to over 450 care homes. Today, I lead a purpose-driven team with shared values of accountability, integrity, authenticity, and trust. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, long walks, sports, and travelling.

Hi everyone! I’m delighted to be the newest member of the Opticall team. I’ve worked in domiciliary optometry for just under a decade and genuinely love what I do. No two days are the same, the work is meaningful and appreciated, and I get to hear wonderful stories from the “olden days.” Outside of work, I have my husband and two little ones who keep us on our toes! When I’m not chasing after them, you’ll find me running in the park. I enjoy yoga and general fitness too. I love travelling, trying new cuisines, and I definitely have the world’s biggest sweet tooth!

AKA ‘optician man and his dog Benji’. I’ve been providing community eyecare services for 18 years and have been privileged to work alongside the Opticall team for the greater part. My ethos has always been to add a joyful, meaningful experience to those I meet and leave a lasting impression of the highest quality in eyecare. Opticall has supported me to provide a truly compassionate, respectful, and professional service. Outside of work, I’m a family man and enjoy travelling. I’m a keen, over-the-top amateur fitness enthusiast and have conquered many physical challenges as both a solo competitor and team player.

I’ve been with Opticall for almost 3 years. I love working as a domiciliary optometrist because it allows me to bring essential eye care to people in care homes who may not be able to visit a practice. It’s rewarding to make a real difference to their comfort, confidence, and quality of life. Each visit offers a new environment and new stories. I enjoy the personal connections I build with residents and care teams, and adapting my work to meet each person’s unique needs. Outside of work is mostly family time with my young daughter and husband. We love to travel and make new memories together.

I’ve been qualified for over 25 years and doing domiciliary for 13. I joined Opticall a decade ago and haven’t looked back. With their support, I’ve enjoyed patient care, meeting new people, and making eye exams a professional and joyful experience while delivering quality eye care. Outside of work, I’m a carer for my wife and have fun with my daughter and two dogs. I enjoy eating out, cooking, and listening to music to relax.

I’ve been part of this wonderful team since October. After working in multiple optical environments, I’ve found domiciliary care close to my heart, where I’m given the space to deliver the most personal and tailored experience to each patient. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and my beautiful daughter. I enjoy playing piano, watching my comfort shows, and trying new food!

I joined Opticall in January 2025 whilst maintaining my high street role with Bayfields Opticians. Carrying out sight tests at care homes has been one of my most rewarding experiences. I admire Opticall’s approach to providing personalised, resident-tailored service and genuinely enjoy making a hands-on difference to residents’ quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy teaching linguistic skills to children, exploring new places, listening to audiobooks, and reliving my childhood through my 3-year-old son.

With over a decade of experience as a domiciliary optometrist, I enjoy delivering comprehensive eye care directly to patients in their care facility. This role allows me to make a meaningful impact on those who need it most, ensuring they receive high-quality, personalised eye care within the comfort of their surroundings. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and various sports.

I am a dedicated hospital and domiciliary optometrist, and I have proudly worked in the domiciliary sector for the past 10 years. Since joining Opticall, I have continued to build on my passion for delivering high-quality eye care to elderly and vulnerable patients. I love the work I do, and I take great pride in knowing that each visit can make a meaningful difference - whether through preserving sight, improving visual comfort, or simply enhancing someone’s daily quality of life. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy an active and mindful lifestyle. I’m a Muay Thai boxing enthusiast and I find balance and inspiration in long walks in nature and cherish time with my family.

Qualified since 1984, I hold DO, CLO, and Lab Tech qualifications. I joined Opticall approximately 11 years ago, initially visiting care homes and private residences to provide sight testing, screening, and dispensing services. My role has evolved over the years. Today I’m a lead member of the dispensing team. Outside of work, I’m a family man, part-time carer for my 93-year-old mother, passionate cook, and enjoy DIY, gardening, travel, and music.

I joined Opticall just over 10 years ago. As Office Manager, I oversee scheduling, clinic coordination, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes! I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing, friendly, and supportive team, helping to make a difference to our patients’ lives every day. Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my three gorgeous (mostly grown up!) children. I’m an avid reader and love meeting up with friends for a Prosecco. I would love to travel more in the future!

I joined Opticall in April and I’m proud to be part of a company that truly delivers meaningful, person-centred care. I’m passionate about keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting our teams to provide the best possible service. I love being part of a workplace that makes a real difference every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending Sundays with my husband, two children, and our dog Marley - taking long walks and enjoying good food together!

I joined Opticall in summer 2025 as a Clinical Administrator, where I’ve enjoyed a fast-paced working environment in a friendly and supportive team. I ensure glasses reach the right people efficiently and with care. I’m delighted to be part of a growing and dynamic company. Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two young children, serve as class representative at my son’s primary school, and play an active role in the PTA. I enjoy family time, cooking, and being outside.

I recently joined Opticall as a Junior Administrator / Customer Service Lead, and I’m excited to be part of a company that truly puts people at the centre of its work. With a background in economics and experience in fast-paced customer-focused roles. I’m passionate about keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. I really enjoy being in an environment where organisation, communication, and teamwork make a meaningful difference every day. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, exploring new places, and enjoying good food.

I’ve supported Opticall since launch in 2009, and my role has evolved alongside the business. From designing our practice management system to overseeing strategy, marketing, and compliance. It’s been incredible to see the vision and mission grow alongside a brilliant team. These days, my focus is on operationalising our values and refining our processes, ensuring that our team, care home partners, and family members all have a positive experience worth talking about. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and our fur baby, Moon, taking walks in nature and doing yoga!

I’ve been with Opticall for nearly five years. I take pride in helping enhance the daily lives of individuals who cannot leave their care facilities by delivering services that make a meaningful difference. Collaborating with a dedicated team that drives positive change every day is a privilege. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I have a passion for exploring restaurants and cuisines, love to travel, and actively follow various sports.
